Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and click the "Checkout" button. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at info@rayzeek.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest using either Shopify Payments (for credit/debit cards) or PayPal. However, creating an account with our store can speed up future checkouts and allow you to easily track your order history.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Product availability is displayed on each product page. If an item is out of stock, it will typically be marked as such, or you won't be able to add it to your cart.
How do I use a discount code or gift card?
You can enter your discount code or gift card number in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.) processed securely through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! Our store is powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.
In what currency will I be charged?
All prices are listed in [Your Store's Primary Currency, e.g., USD, CAD, EUR]. The final amount in this currency will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate.
Taxes & Duties
Will I be charged sales tax?
We do not collect sales tax at the point of purchase. You are responsible for understanding and remitting any applicable sales or use taxes required by your local or state jurisdiction.
Am I responsible for import duties and taxes for international orders?
Yes, for orders shipped internationally, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you would like to inquire about options for us to handle these on your behalf (e.g., DDP shipping), please contact us at info@rayzeek.com before placing your order.
Order Support & Issues
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, which includes your order number and a summary of your items.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@rayzeek.com with your name and the approximate time of your order, and we'll look into it for you.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Please double-check that your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are correct. You can also try a different payment method or contact your bank to ensure there are no issues with your card.
I made a mistake in my shipping address. Can I fix it?
Please contact us immediately at info@rayzeek.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
