What is your return policy?
All sales at Rayzeek are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Why do you have a no-return policy?
Due to the high costs associated with international shipping, offering returns is not feasible for us at this time. This policy allows us to keep our product prices as competitive as possible for our global customers. We provide detailed product descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@rayzeek.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect. We will assess the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit if applicable.
What if I received the wrong item?
We apologize for any errors! If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@rayzeek.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item received. We will arrange to get you the correct item.
I ordered the wrong size/color/item by mistake. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, as per our final sale policy, we cannot accept exchanges for items ordered incorrectly. We highly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts (if applicable), and your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us immediately at info@rayzeek.com with your order number and request. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation?
Once an order is shipped and confirmed as delivered to the address provided, Rayzeek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If you have concerns, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Do you offer refunds?
As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds. The only exception would be in the rare case of a verified damaged/defective item upon arrival (as outlined above) where a replacement isn't feasible, in which case a store credit or alternative resolution might be considered at our discretion.
