How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes an additional period, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days from the date of your order. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. You will see the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery in their country.
When will my order ship?

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order?

What shipping carriers do you use?

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit prematurely. Please check around your delivery location (e.g., with neighbors, building management, or in a safe spot the carrier may have left it). If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. You can also inform us at info@rayzeek.com so we are aware.

Order Issues & Policies

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@rayzeek.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Rayzeek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate with the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit *before* a confirmed delivery, please contact us at info@rayzeek.com.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rayzeek.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can assist you.
What is your policy on undeliverable packages?
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim from customs/post office, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipment fees. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
