The Rayzeek RZ001 Door Sensor is your smart companion for the RZ050-DS Air Conditioner Motion Sensor Controller. Its job is simple but crucial: to detect when a door or window has been left open and tell your RZ050-DS to turn off the air conditioner. This helps you stop cooling rooms unnecessarily, leading to significant energy savings and greater efficiency.
Setting it up is a breeze. It's wireless and comes pre-paired in the kit. Just install the batteries, mount the sensor on your door/window and the magnet on the frame (making sure they're aligned and close), and it's ready. If a door or window stays open longer than your chosen time delay, the RZ001 sends a signal to shut off the AC. It will even send reminder signals every 30 minutes if the door remains open, ensuring your AC doesn't run needlessly.
